Payroll
Everyone on the Staff tab is added on full pay. Then you bring in their days from the attendance app, and anyone who missed days is paid less.
Locked. This month is closed: nothing can be changed. The boss can unlock it.
Tick people, then Record payment. Click a name to change days or add a bonus / deduction.
Staff
Everyone's salary and bank details. New staff get ₦250,000 a month, less days missed.
Directory
The same people payroll uses — name, role, department, email. Salaries stay on the Staff tab.
Settings
Deletes all staff, pay months, payments and receipts so you can start from empty. Logins and the history stay. This can't be undone, so download anything you need first.
